One evening we dined at Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, and it was a true highlight of our stay at Corinthia London. We both began with the Roasted Tomato Soup with Olive Tapenade, which arrived vibrant and beautifully balanced, offering a comforting yet elevated start to the meal. For my second starter, I added the Torched Cornish Mackerel and Rillette, paired with Gentleman’s Relish and sweet cucumbers—a dish that married bold flavor with a clever nod to British tradition.
