No surprise I decided to see what was new at Joe Fresh this September and believe me, I was so excited with all the new options. It was hard to not grab everything especially because I am still wondering will there be another Jilly Collab in October.
If you know me you know how much I love the Joe Fresh Collabs but I also am in love with Fall 2023 line so far. Vegan leather, pinstripes, vests, plaid, checks, chelsea’s you name it, they have it. Fantastic colors, cozy textures, all the 2023 trends and great accessories . Sharing a few that caught my eye and maybe my credit card.
Whats New at Joe Fresh this Month
For today I am going to focus on a few main pieces I was able to try on for you. For reference I am 5’4′ tall and 155 lbs. I have been wearing a 10-12 in dresses and normally a large top, medium bottom. Yes ladies the boobs are just bigger than the butt. I am a midlife, midsize mature woman who likes to look fashionable.

Knit sweater with turtleneck, long raglan sleeves, all-over stripes, straight hem, and rib trim. This beauty comes in this beige with the yellow and orange stripe as well as a black in the same stripes. I am wearing a medium and it fit perfectly
Vegan leather or faux leather pants with belt loops, button and zipper fly closure, five-pocket design, high rise, and straight legs. Wearing the 10 and they are true to size and a perfect length for me.
Chelsea boots with round toe, side elastic inserts, and pull loop. 2023 it is a caramel brown, 2022 they carried a cream version which you see on me every week
Pull-on shorts with elastic waist, two slash pockets, and rear welt pocket. Wearing I believe a size medium and they fit well. I really wanted these shorts but am still trying to adjust to the post menopause look and I didn’t feel they camouflaged the pouch. Yes I still get in my own head sadly about not being skinny 30 year old me.
I may still go back because they are still available.
A black and beige check Trench coat is another of the “what’s New at Joe Fresh this September” pieces that I love. With a classic collar, long sleeves, full-button closure, two welt pockets, and belt. They had a similar version last year in a heavier material. I am wearing a large and I love the fall and feel of this coat.
Double-breasted tweed blazer with notch collar, long sleeves, two flap pockets, back slit, and all-over pattern. Wearing this in a large. It says it is black but it really is a subtle tweed with a hint of red/burgundy. If I was still in the work place this suit would have come home with me.
Pants with paperbag waist with drawstring, two slash pockets, all-over print, and straight legs. Wearing a size medium.
There were so many awesome suits and separates for back to work style. While I traditionally gravitate to this style I am trying to rethink my retired style and what that should look like.
