It arrived the 2023 Fall Jilly Box and this gal was over the top excited. True confession I am not on the A list, aka subscription service, but luckily I have received the last 3 Jilly Boxes through the lottery. This however, is the first time sharing on the Blog. I am afraid I may jinx my lucky streak but this is my absolute favourite box so I have to share.
We all knew there was a sized item aka the Grace Midi Dress from Mad About You Style but the rest was a secret. Ironically looking back on the Insta account there may have been a few hints. So before we get started “SPOLIER ALERT” to anyone who hasn’t received their box yet cuz I am spilling the beans.
MAD ABOUT YOU STYLE
Grace Midi Dress
This was the one item we were all made aware of. Every so often they have a sized piece and we get a little sneak peak. The Summer box included a fun Peach Logo Tee that we also knew about early. The only sad part of being a lottery winner is often the size you want may not be available but this gal lucked out and got the size I wanted.
This elegant and stylish dress can be dressed up or down depending on your mood and comes in 4 special patterns. The four colours Misty Rose, Farm Floral, Birch Dot ( grey) and Vintage Floral. I wasn’t sure which I wanted 100% but luckily I received the Misty Rose in Large. The dress is a perfect fit and I cannot wait to get styling this baby.
SUGAR BLOSSOM JEWELRY
Mushroom Necklace
The first surprise was an adorable necklace from Sugar Blossom Jewelry. The whimsical necklace was created with two patterns a beet and a mushroom. My box included the mushroom design. This dainty little piece will be on repeat.

Grocery Notepad
For a gal who loves notepads and journals this was the perfect inclusion. And lets not forget my love of lists. A beautiful grocery notepad from Jess Paper Co is the prettiest way to stay organized. 50 sheets that easily tear off and the whole pad fits in your purse. Although it also looks great on the cupboard or your desk.
TAY CERAMICS
Pinch Bowl
A handmade pinch bowl designed exclusively for the Fall Jilly Box. This beautiful ceramic bowl is practical enough for every day but also will shine on your table when entertaining. It comes in a mushroom grey and includes the signature Jilly Heart. Pretty but sturdy at the same time and yes dishwasher and microwave safe. Mine currently is a salt cellar but also perfect for dips, sauces or any condiments.
Vancouver Island Sea Salt
Flake Sea Salt
Did ya catch my segway above, I am using my bowl as a salt cellar because yes we received flake sea salt. While I do try and limit my salt intake ( hello HBP) I do occasionally add a sprinkle in my recipes. Crafted from the cleanest Pacific Waters in Canada. As Jillian would say pure and delicious and hello Canadian. Her recommendation was a sprinkle on my chocolate chip cookies so who am I to question that authourity.
The Cross
Heartfelt Wooden Spoon
This was one of the items my eagle eye caught in an insta pic and my fingers were crossed. A stunning wooden spoon with a heart center. Not only practical but looks beautiful on display when not in use. The Cross Design really summed up all it means to be Jillian in a little spoon. Beautiful, practical and will age so gracefully. Little tip- don’t put it in the dishwasher but do use a bit of mineral oil to help prevent drying.
SAHAJAN
Lip Karma
Sahajan’s Lip Karma comes in three delicious scents vanilla, chai and coconut. I am sure they are all scrumptious but hello VANILLA. Again this box just gets me. I am truly vanilla at least in smell if not in life lol. Plus as a bonus every sale provides a donation to Because I am a Girl initiative. Providing one day of school to a girl in a developing country.

MH Dinner Bell
Saving this one till almost the end, a surprise that warmed my heart. Bringing a piece of nautical into my home and matching perfectly my Dad’s ships Bell. Yes I have a full size Bell from my Dad that sits on my mantle reminding me of him daily. Receiving this replica that is beautiful and practical just gave me all the feels. This one will hang in my dining room with all my lighthouses. And ironically also shared out early for fans following. Thanks Jilly Box a truly wonderful surprise.

Stealing a page from Jillian’s notes on this one, if you haven’t noticed I LOVE creating tablescapes. So unboxing the table runner and napkins in my Fall Jilly Box was the ultimate gift for this gal. And it was also time to change from my Nautical Theme to a fall Scape. The runner and napkins are 100% cotton in a lightweight gauze and such a pretty shade of caramel. I paired them with aqua accents this time but am excited to try it in a more neutral setting. For my napkin fold I went with a knot setting although I am anxious to create more fun folds for you.
Jilly Box Fall Add Ons
This Season there were five possible add-ons. All were very special and perfectly suited to the box but I decided maybe now that I am retired I should limit my spending. ( Not that I have been doing great on that front LOL) On a serious note I am trying to limit myself so I stuck to the box.
