Spring 2024 Jilly Box – A Labour of Life

It still never ceases to amaze me how many “subscribers start selling off their items before the box is even received. Honestly, I have received 6 boxes to date and have never even thought of selling off an item. Sometimes I may not use it right away but once I start it quickly becomes a fav. Case in point the Tofino towel I packed away and then took on my cruise earlier this month. Now It is my fav.

Sometimes I think I should get off the Facebook groups because everyone is so critical and wants to sell off everything. Possibly the fact that I am jealous that they get to purchase automatically and I don’t, just frustrates me.

But enough about that lets talk Spring Shall we?

ONE WEDNESDAY

WAFFLE KNIT ROBE

This was the one item we were all made aware of. Every so often they have a sized piece and we get a little sneak peak. This is I think the 4th box in a row with a sized item and I am not complaining (vs a whole lot of other peeps). The Winter box included a beautiful puffer jacket that we also knew about early. The only sad part of being a lottery winner is often the size you want may not be available but this gal lucked out and got the size I wanted.

The Jilly Box team advised everyone that for the Spring 2024 Jilly Box the Waffle Knit Robe would be available in Strawberry Cream (Pink), Blue Skies (Blue) or Golden Haze (yellow). I received the blue, although honestly I would call it seafoam green, but it is a gorgeous shade, All three colors were designed exclusively by the Jilly team

This Turkish stone-washed cotton is so soft and comfortable. You really do feel that you have been wrapped in luxury.

TEASE WELLNESS

HEATED MUG

The unique mug kit designed by Tease Wellness helps keep your favorite beverage at optimal temperature. It is available in four colors Blueberry Daze, Sunny Side Up. Strawberry Smoothis and Honeydew.

Each kit comes with a 12 oz glazed ceramic mug, a 2 in 1 lid and a drip tray. Plus, wait for it, the heating pad is also a charger for most phones and wireless headphones. Making this the perfect desk accessory for any serious gramme/blogger/influencer or just normal work person who loves hot drinks and fully charged accessories.

I received the Blueberry Daze aka Blue mug that is again a seafoam green. My mug set and robe were coordinated making me very happy, Not everyone received a matching set because there are three robe colors and 4 mug shades. Mine is on my desk and has replaced my normal Rae Dunn (at least for now lol)

BEAUTY ELIXIR

Jillian has been talking about this brand for years now. So for the Spring 2024 Jilly Box they have included the Caudalie Beauty Elixir.

It is a hydrating facial mist that can visibly tighten your face while creating a “dewy glow”. It can also double as a setting spray for your makeup. Making it quite irresistible is the fact that it is vegan, cruelty free and 100% natural.

The elixir has a bit of a rose scent and does create a refreshing feel. I have started using it in the morning after applying my normal mositurizer.

MALA THE BRAND

CEREAL CANDLE

No question the theme of the box was inspired by the scent and name of this candle. Jillians write up indicates that it smelled like cereals from her youth. Well I am prepared to name names. This is Fruit Loops personified and FYI I am burning it right now.

This 6.5 oz candle will burn for 40-50 hours and is hand poured. Plus as a bonus the candle holder will be perfect for mini storage afterwards.

MIFA

DRY BRUSH

The Detox Body Brush was a new concept for me. The art of dry brushing to help exfoliate, boost circulation and help detoxify your skin. The MIFA brush is made with 100%natural biodegradable sisal fibers and has a beautiful wooden handle.

Tips in the handbook indicate you brush lightly and start from the bottom up. IE start at the ankles and use long strokes upwards. And do all of this before you shower,

SUPER GREENS ORCHARD GREENS

A special feature, the custom Orchard Peach Flavour of powder. I mean seriously Peaches and Jillian is almost as natural as Jillian and the “Wild at Heart”, am I right?

The powder is intended to improve gut health(which I need) and help with energy,mental clarity, and a host of other benefits. One scoop in a glass of water and you are good to go.

For me I am actually adding it in to my lunch smoothie.

Thi handcrafted bud vase is perfect for any table or breakfast tray. I mean honestly, picture a few spring buds on a lovely wooden tray. How lovely would that be, a tasty brunch served in bed, preferably on your lavender fable dishes. ( just a dream I don’t have the dishes)

Mine is sitting on my nightstand and is a cherished addition.

This season there were five potential add-ons. Again making me wish I was a subscriber because add-on’s do tend to sell out quickly. I truly meant to order the scrunchies but got too excited when I received the email and quickly hit the purchase and order. When I went back they were sold out.

Thankfully this box doesn’t seem to have as many haters as the Fall and Winter and overall everyone is happy. For me I adore this box, not sure if it’s my fav but it is close. I am weirdly enough still favoring The Fall 2023 Box that so many others disliked. Probably because of my love of tablescapes,
