How Can I Make Myself Happier

When you are happy, your body releases more endorphins. Endorphins are natural pain relievers that create a sense of euphoria and a feeling of well-being.

Endorphins are released when you experience laughter, love, and positive emotions.

However, most people are unaware of this connection between happiness and endorphins.

I know this because I have found that when I’m happy, my endorphin levels are high. And when my endorphin levels are high, I tend to feel happier.

And so, the secret to happiness is to find the things that make you happy and enjoy them.

Let’s continue our list of what makes myself (and hopefully yours) happier:

  • A smile makes you smile.
  • Smiles make you smile.
  • Love makes you happy.
  • Those magical moments in which you inexplicably burst out laughing!
  • List 3 things you’re grateful for each morning.
  • Yes, exercise releases those endorphins too, and not only makes you happier but is great for your overall well-being!
  • The feeling of peace and patience when praying.
  • Going shopping to look my best every day!
  • Having a daily self-care routine.
  • Eating healthy foods!
  • Having fun, fun, fun with family and friends at events.
  • Spending time in the sunshine.
  • Kissing my loved ones.
  • Giving to charity, not just with money, but with our time.

How to Make Others Feel Better About Themselves

We live in a society where everything revolves around us. We’re constantly focused on our own goals and dreams. And while these may be important, sometimes it’s easy to forget that there are other people out there who aren’t even thinking about themselves.

For example, when I see someone smiling, I don’t think about the fact that they are smiling because they are happy – I think about them making me happy.

There are some people who just make you feel so good about yourself, that you just can’t help smiling. It can be a parent, a sibling, a friend or a teacher.

But sometimes, when you look at the world around you, you feel sad and lonely. If this sounds familiar, I have a few tips to help you make others feel better about themselves.

The main thing to remember is that making others feel better about themselves is not a selfish act. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

It’s about giving, not taking. It’s about helping, not hurting. And it’s about making a difference in the lives of others.

So here are my top tips for making others feel better about themselves:

1. Be kind. A sincere compliment to someone goes a long way.

3. Always make time for people. Make them smile.

4. Give back with all your soul.

5. Try to be a better person.

6. Say ‘thank you’ always.

7. Be positive-minded or in other words have a growth mindset.

10. Give praise and encouragement often.

11. Give compliments and watch the magic from the person you gave it to!

12. Always use people’s first name when engaging in conversation. This gesture makes the other person feel special and important.

13. Be friendly. Greet strangers with a genuine ‘smile!’

14. Show patience and how to be humble.

15. Talk less and ‘really listen’.
